When he opened his eyes, he at first thought he was having deja vu. He had been in these halls before, vaguely remembered building them out of blocks… which didn't make a whole lot of sense. Neddryn growled and shook his muzzy head, grabbing one of the ornamental tables to haul himself to his feet. Beside him, Sparrow groaned pitifully and rolled over.
"Does it feel like that every day for you?" she asked with a gasp. “That...pressing and pulling, from the Shadow?”
